Please note that cupcake wrappers have no bottoms and are meant for decorative purposes. Place after cupcake have been baked, cooled but before they have been frosted.

The cupcake wrappers are shipped flat and are a DIY easy to assemble. They have a tab on one end and a slit on the other – connect the 2 and they are ready to go. Just place to cupcake inside and bingo bango- A more lovely cupcake look!
