Confetti Balloon Tips

For the best confetti balloon effect, add confetti before inflating and rub the outside of the balloon with a dry cloth to create static — this helps the confetti stick to the inside walls for that full, photogenic look. Tissue paper confetti works better than foil for static cling. For helium-filled confetti balloons, we recommend inflating 1–2 hours before your event for the best result.
